This device allows the dog handler to walk two dogs at one time using the same lead.  Each extension is 12 inches in length and stretches out to 15.  So there can be up to 30 inches of separation between dogs. 
It is made of heavy duty one inch tubular nylon and a heavy duty marine grade bungee.  
It comes in 8 colors and can be made to order.
