This high speed heavy duty Chasin' Sticks dog leash is made from tough 1 inch tubular reflective nylon (except the black, tan and coyote)
It has a tough 1/2 inch wide and 18 inch long handle and another one that is 10 inches at the collar.  There is a third handle just before the 3/8 inch bungee.  It allows you to shorten up if needed.
The bungee is used to help reduce drag and pull from your dog, but it has an end point so you maintain absolute control of your animal at all times.
The collar buckle is made from heavy duty steel to reduce risk of it snapping. 
In addition, there are two additional anchor supports to either shorten the leash or to allow for easy securing around and pole or fence.
The leash just below the bungee has Molle loops to allow you to attach a separate small pouch that can be used to carry doggie bags or small snacks that can be used to reward your pet.
It can also be straped around the waist or drawn over the shoulders
