These handles are designed to allow the user either carry the tire or to the tire as an adjunct to a complete upper body workout.
They come as a pair and include:
1.  Two carrying handles
2.  2-1/4 bolts
3.  2-1/4 X 1 1/2 inch flat washers
4.  2-1/4 X 1 inch flat washers
5.  2-1/4 nuts
 
The color of the handles will match the color of the bungee that was ordered.
If ordered seperately then colors will be random.
